Interlaken West - Neuhaus - Lombach - Interlaken
A romantic stroll alongside the boat canal (Kanalpromenade) from Interlaken West railway station. Past the Weissenau ruins - a former moated castle - through the Weissenau nature reserve. After about 1 1/4 hours you reach Neuhaus, with the chance of a refreshing swim as well as a restaurant with a sunny terrace. Walk back along the River Lombach via Brand in Unterseen and reach Interlaken again at Goldey on the banks of the River Aare. 3h Hiking time / ~ 20m altitude difference

Bönigen – Waterfall
A hike to a waterfall... a varied hike though field and forest, over the waters of the Hauetenbach to the

Saxeten - Nessleren - Bällenhöchst - Suls - Isenfluh
By postbus to Saxeten, where the path leads into the valley to the Alpine huts at Nessleren. It then climbs left to Alpine storage huts on unteren and oberen Bällen. Wonderful area for Alpine roses. A little further up you reach the saddle separating the Saxetal and Sylertal (valleys). After another 15 minutes, you reach the spectacular vantage point of Bällenhöchst (2083 m) to be rewarded with impressive views into the deep gashes of the Lütschinen valleys, Wilderswil, Lakes Thun and Brienz and the surrounding mountain world. Descent through the romantic Sulstal (lake), along below the steep, jagged Lobhörn peaks to Isenfluh (1081 m). Return by bus to Lauterbrunnen and train to Wilderswil or retrace your steps to Saxeten.This tour can also be made over two days, with overnight accommodation in Saxeten or the Lobhorn hut. ~ 6h Hiking time / ~ 1690m altitude difference
Iseltwald – Giessbach Falls
Rest, relax and rejuvenate in a powerful landscape. Enjoy a close encounter with the wild, romantic shores of Lake Brienz. Easy hike from Iseltwald to the boat station at Giessbach. ~ 1½-2h Hiking time / ~ 135m altitude difference

Niederhorn - Gemmenalphorn
In scenic terms, this is one of the most beautiful hikes in the Bernese Oberland! And apart from that, there’s always a good chance of spotting ibex along the route. The hike from the Niederhorn summit to the Gemmenalphorn takes about 1 1/2 hrs. There are four possible return routes:
A: returning to the Niederhorn, ~1 ½ h, totally 3 h
B: via Oberberg-Chüematte to Beatenberg-Waldegg, ~2 h, totally 3 h
C: via Seefeld/Oberberg-Bäreney to Habkern, ~2 ½ h, totally 4 h
D: via Seefeld/Oberberg-Chumeli to Justistal
D1:to Beatenberg, ~3 ½ h, totally 5 h
D2: to Merligen, ~3 ½ h, totally 5 h
D3: via Sichle to Eriz, ~4 ½ h, totally 6 h

3-6h Hiking time / ~ 200-1500m altitude difference
